Digital Delivery Policy

All products currently offered by Activate the Kingdom are digital products. No physical item is packaged or shipped, and no shipping charge should apply.

After successful payment, Shopify automatically sends a secure download email to the address entered at checkout. Delivery normally occurs within a few minutes, although email providers, fraud screening, or order verification may occasionally cause delays.

Customers should:
• Confirm that the checkout email address is correct.
• Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Allow up to 15 minutes for automated delivery.
• Contact info@activatethekingdom.com if the email or download link does not arrive or work.

Include your order number and purchase email address when requesting assistance. We may verify the order and purchaser information before restoring or resending access.

Download links and digital files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, or posted publicly.
