Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from and use of digital products offered by Activate the Kingdom.

Digital Products and License

When you purchase the Kingdom Activation Kit, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for your personal development or internal business purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, its design, written content, frameworks, branding, or other intellectual property.

You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the files.
• Upload the files to public or shared repositories.
• Share your download link with another person.
• Remove ownership, copyright, or branding notices.
• Represent the product or any portion of it as your own work.

Purchases and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout. After successful payment, a secure download link is sent to that address. You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment and software capable of downloading and opening ZIP files.

Refunds

Digital-product purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Purchases are generally final after digital access has been delivered, except where a verified delivery or file defect cannot be corrected or applicable law requires otherwise.

Educational Purpose

The product is provided for educational, organizational, and personal-development purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Results depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and implementation. No particular outcome is guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Activate the Kingdom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the product.

Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. The terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to that transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
